Sinusitis is an inflammation of the lining inside of the sinuses of the upper respiratory tract, particularly in the paranasal sinuses. Nasal congestion, often known as stuffy nose, is characterised by a feeling of fullness in the nose or face. Fluid may also be streaming or trickling from the nose or down the back of the throat.
